Consuming 3,000 calories per day from whole, unprocessed or minimally processed foods, such as
Hello, Just brought this thing. It's shows some crazy calories burning levels. It looks like I burn 3500 calories per day average witch is can't be. Calorie restriction is the process of lowering the average amount of calories a person would normally 1,600 to 3,000 calories a day fewer calories each day can support For me to eat 3,000 calories on a day that I'm not weight-lifting, I must run about 10 miles (at 120 calories/mile). I know that I do a lot more work (in the physical sense) when I run 10 miles than when I lift for 90 minutes or so. How does lifting a lot of weights and eating an extra 1,200 calories NOT make me put on any fat?
What is more important than simply eating a lot, however, is what they eat. SwimSwam; Subscribe to Newsletter; Advertise; Olympic swimmers can burn about 3,000 calories-10,000 per day working
A lot of people say 3000-3500 is a lot of calories for a woman, but ot depends on your goals. I am 5'7" 153 pounds. I workout and I'm active. And I train for a dump truck. If you want that booty then you need to eat. You have to do what it takes if you want to reach your goals. For example, a 350-pound man burns 4550 calories daily without performing any exercise at all. A 200-pound woman burns 2200 calories daily. Depending on your weight and gender, you may only need to add enough activities to burn between 500 and 3,000 calories to reach your goal of burning a total of 5,000 calories per day.

So I’m a 21 y/o male 5’10 160 lbs and have been eating 3000 calories a day to bulk up. I’m still pretty new to this and just started really tracking my macros and calories but this really doesn’t feel like a whole lot. I mean I feel full after eating a meal but I feel like I could eat more especially after a workout. Is this normal?
I do eat 1200 calories per day right now and have lost a steady 2 pounds per week since May and am down to 135 pounds and feeling much better. As far as maintaining, I am guessing I won’t be able to eat more than a few hundred calories more a day to do that (I am guessing 200-300), but I don’t know.
For example, suppose the Elves finish writing their items' Calories and end up with the following list: 1000 2000 3000 4000 5000 6000 7000 8000 9000 10000 This list represents the Calories of the food carried by five Elves: The first Elf is carrying food with 1000, 2000, and 3000 Calories, a total of 6000 Calories. .
