I looked everywhere for options to change the game language.. within the game and in the windows 10 xbox app nothing. Apps like steam, give the option to change this on a per-game base. I installed Seiko and I only downloaded the english version but I guess that is useless since the game is in japanese and I want the original version.
Skyrim does not have any sort of menu option to change the language. The way that Xbox LIVE's downloadable content system works is that it will give you the content in whatever region you have your account in. This sort of issue will also happen with future downloadable games you wish to purchase on the games on demand.
